27. חוזה על תנאי
(א)חוזה יכול שיהיה תלוי בהתקיים תנאי (להלן – תנאי מתלה) או שיחדל בהתקיים תנאי (להלן – תנאי מפסיק).
(ב)חוזה שהיה טעון הסכמת אדם שלישי או רשיון על פי חיקוק, חזקה שקבלת ההסכמה או הרשיון הוא תנאי מתלה.
(ג)חוזה שהיה מותנה בתנאי מתלה, זכאי כל צד לסעדים לשם מניעת הפרתו, אף לפני שנתקיים התנאי.
