6. סמכות להשתמש באופן זמני בקרקע הגובלת בדרך
יכולה רשות להשתמש או להרשות להשתמש בקרקע הגובלת בקרקע הדרושה לשם סלילה דרך עפ״י הוראות הפקודה הזאת באותו האופן ולמשך אותו זמן שהרשות תראה צורך בו, כדי שהעבודה הנזכרת בסעיף־קטן (1) של סעיף 4 תבוצע ושהתנועה תופנה לכוון אחר עד גמר העבודה הזאת.
