7. הגבלה על זכות הפיצויים
תיקון: תש״ח, תשי״א
לא יהא בעל הקרקע זכאי לקבל פיצויים אלא אם כן היה שטח הקרקע שנלקח גדול מרבע השטח הכולל של החלקה שממנה נלקח:
בתנאי שאם הוכח כי אם לא ישלמו לו פיצויים יהא נגרם לו סבל, רשאי שר העבודה או שר התחבורה לפי שקול דעתו ליתן אותו סכום הפיצויים שימצא לנכון מתוך התחשבות בכל מסיבות הענין.
