מצא שוטר אופניים שרוכבים עליהם תוך הפרת הוראות תקנות שהותקנו על פי הפקודה, רשאי הוא להוציא את האוויר ואת השסתומים כדי למנוע המשך רכיבה עליהם תוך הפרת הוראה כאמור.
