142א. תנועת עגלה
תיקון: תשע״ה
(א)לא ינהג אדם בעגלה אלא בתחומי מושב, קיבוץ או כפר.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א) רשאי אדם לנהוג בעגלה בתחומי רשות מקומית במקום שהתירה לו בכתב רשות התימרור המקומית, בהתייעצות עם קצין משטרה ובלבד שהנהיגה היא למטרות נופש ופנאי.
(ג)האמור בתקנות משנה (א) ו־(ב) לא יגרע מהאמור בהוראות כל דין.
