15ג. ביטול תעודה או התלייתה
תיקון: תשמ״ז
הרשות שנתנה תעודה לפי תקנות אלה רשאית לבטלה או להתלותה עד שיתמלאו תנאים שתקבע, אם –
(1)נתקיים בבעל התעודה האמור בתקנה 15ב(1) עד (3);
(2)הוברר לרשות שתנאי מתנאי התעודה לא קויים או שהנסיבות שהיו קיימות בעת מתן התעודה השתנו או שהתעודה הושגה על סמך הודעה כוזבת.
