16. סמכויות המפקח הארצי על התעבורה
תיקון: תש״ל־3, תש״ל־12, תשל״ה־2, תשל״ט, תשמ״ג־4, תשמ״ז, תשמ״ט־6
המפקח הארצי על התעבורה רשאי –
(1)לקבוע בהודעה ברשומות את דוגמאות התמרורים, סוגיהם, מידותיהם, צבעיהם, צורותיהם, משמעויותיהם, אופן הצבתם וסימונם;
(2)לקבוע הסדרי תנועה או לפטור מהם באופן כללי או למקרה מסוים.
