222. כשירות רפואית של הלומד נהיגה
תיקון: תשכ״ד־5, תשל״ז־6, תשע״ט־9, תש״ף, תש״ף־7, תשפ״ב־8
לא ילמד אדם נהיגה ברכב מנועי על ידי נהיגת הרכב בדרך אלא אם הגיש הצהרה לרשות הרישוי או נבדק לפי סימן ג׳ לפרק השני וקיבל אישור כי לא נמצא כי קיימת מניעה רפואית להמשיך בהליך להוצאת רישיון נהיגה או אישור רפואי לנהיגה.
