תיקון: תשע״ב־12
ברישיון הרכב יצוין קוד הדגם של הרכב אשר ייקבע לפי נוהל ”קביעת קוד דגם לצורך חישוב שווי הרכב“, שקבע מנהל אגף הרכב בהתייעצות עם סמנכ״ל כלכלה ברשות המסים במשרד האוצר, המתפרסם באתר האינטרנט של משרד התחבורה ועומד לעיון הציבור באגף הרכב במשרד התחבורה בשעות העבודה הרגילות של המשרד.
