רכב מנועי, למעט טרקטור ומכונה ניידת, ששנת ייצורו 1981 או לאחריה, שבו המנוע בעל הצתה חשמלית, יעמוד בתקנים כמפורט בפרק [צ״ל: בחלק] ג׳ בתוספת השניה, למניעת הפרעות קשר אלחוטי.
