298. איסור הסעה
המסיע על־פי רשיון סחר לא יסיע, ולא יניח לאחר להסיע –
(1)בתמורה;
(2)יותר מארבעה אנשים מלבד הנהג, והם: בעל הרשיון או עובדו, הקונה, יועציו הטכניים או עובדיהם.
