291. מתן רשיון סחר
תיקון: תשל״ז־6
(א)רשות הרישוי המייחדת לאדם תו מסחרי לפי סעיף 9 לפקודה, תתן לו רשיון מסחרי בהתאם להוראות סימן זה.
(ב)התו והרשיון המסחרי כאמור (להלן – רשיון סחר) ישאו שניהם מספר רישום אשר הוקצה על ידי רשות הרישוי.
