383. הרכבת רכב מאביזרים
(א)לא ירכיב אדם ולא ירשה לאחר להרכיב רכב מנועי מאביזרים אלא לפי היתר, כללי או מיוחד מאת רשות הרישוי.
(ב)הוראות תקנת משנה (א) אינן חלות על הרכבת רכב מנועי, הרשום לפי הוראות הפקודה, שפורק לשם תיקונים.
