39ה. תנועת רכב שטח ובטיחותו
תיקון: תשס״ה־6
(א)לא ינהג אדם רכב שטח בכביש אלא לשם חצייתו.
(ב)מהירות נסיעתו של רכב שטח לא תעלה על 40 קמ״ש.
(ג)הנוהג ברכב שטח לא יסיע עליו אדם נוסף אלא אם כן קיבל היתר לכך מאת רשות הרישוי וההיתר נרשם ברישיון הרכב.
(ד)לא ינהג אדם ברכב שטח ולא ירשה לאחר לנסוע עליו אלא אם כן הנוהג וכל נוסע חגורים בחגורת בטיחות כאמור בחלק ג׳ לתוספת השניה.
