407. תקינות האוטובוסים וחלקיהם
בעל רשיון יבטיח את תקינותו ובטיחותו של כל אוטובוס המשמש בשירות ובין היתר – את תקינותם, שלימותם ובטיחותם של הדלתות, החלונות, המושבים, רצפת האוטובוס והמדרגות, מוטות ורצועות האחיזה, הפעמון למתן אות לנהג וכל חלקיהם ואביזריהם.
