399. הפעלת שירות סדיר
(א)בעל רשיון קו יפעיל את השירות שעליו ניתן לו הרשיון באורח תקין, סדיר ורצוף, בצורה המבטיחה נסיעה נוחה ויעילה בהתחשב בצרכי הציבור.
(ב)בעל רשיון יקיים את ההוראות שניתנו לו בכתב על ידי הרשות בקשר לניהול השירות ופעולתו על פי הפקודה ועל פי חלק זה.
(ג)הוראות תקנה זו יחולו, בשינויים המחוייבים לפי הענין, על בעל רשיון מיוחד, רשיון סיור ורשיון פרטי.
