409. כרטיסן
בעל רשיון קו לא יעסיק אדם ככרטיסן בשירות אלא אם:
(1)מלאו לו 16 שנה;
(2)הוא שולט שליטה מינימלית בשפה העברית, כדרוש לצורך עבודתו;
ולאחר שהבטיח כי הכרטיסן מכיר את דרכי הקו בו יעבוד ואת המוסדות והמפעלים החשובים שבסמוך לו, או שמצוי ברשותו מדריך מתאים.
