411. תלבושת ותו זיהוי
הורתה הרשות, לאחר שניתנה לבעל רשיון הזדמנות להעיר הערותיו, על תלבושת לעובדי שירות או על תווי זיהוי לנהגים וכרטיסנים, יבטיח בעל הרשיון קיום ההוראה.
