490. סוגי רשיונות הסעה ותקפם
תיקון: תשמ״ה־4, תשנ״א־11, תשנ״ג־10, תשנ״ט־7
(א)אלה סוגי רשיונות ההסעה:
(1)רשיון לנסיעה מיוחדת;
(2)רשיון לנסיעת שירות.
(ב)לא יינתן על מונית אלא רשיון לסוג אחד של הסעה כאמור בתקנת משנה (א).
(ג)לא יינתן רשיון לנסיעה מיוחדת לגבי מונית מסוג זוטובוס שאינה מיועדת להסעת נכים.
(ד)תוקף רשיון ההסעה יהיה לתקופה שתקבע הרשות.
