495ז. ערבות לרישיון לנסיעת שירות
תיקון: תשס״ו־10
תאגיד שהמפקח על התעבורה הורה לפי תקנות 495ב או 495ו כי יינתן לו רישיון לקו שירות למוניות, לא יקבל את הרישיון אלא אם כן הופקדה בידי המפקח על התעבורה ערבות לפי סעיף 14ח(ב)(2)(ג) לפקודה, בנוסח שלפי טופס 6 לתוספת האחת עשרה.
