509. הסעה לפי מונה
תיקון: תשמ״ה־4, תשע״א־7
(א)לא יסיע אדם נוסע במונית אלא אם כן הותקן בה מונה והמונה מופעל בה בהתאם לתקנות אלה.
(ב)לא יתקין אדם מונה, ולא יפעיל אדם מונית או יסיע בה נוסע, אלא אם כן המונה הותקן במרכז לוח השעונים של הרכב, באופן שלא יסתיר לנהג את שדה הראייה, וצג המונה יהיה גלוי לעיני הנוסעים במונית מכל מושביה במהלך כל הנסיעה.
