512. שכר הסעה לפי מונה
תיקון: תשמ״ה־4, תשמ״ז, תשס״ד־7, תש״ף־4, תש״ף־5, תש״ף־11
לא ידרוש אדם ולא יגבה ולא ירשה לאחר לדרוש או לגבות –
(1)שכר הסעה יותר מכפי שיראה המונה בסיום הנסיעה;
(2)(נמחקה);
(2א)בנסיעה לפי הסכם כאמור בתקנה 510(ב)(2) – שכר הסעה העולה על הקבוע בהסכם;
(3)כל תשלום אחר שאיננו קבוע בשכר ההסעה.
