אגרה בעד הגשת בקשה לרשיון להפעלת מונית לפי סעיף 14ג(ד) לפקודה, אגרה בעד מתן רשיון להפעלת מונית ואגרה בעד מתן היתר להעברת רשיון להפעלת מונית לפי סעיף 14ה לפקודה, תהיה כמפורט בחלק ד׳ בתוספת הראשונה.
