תיקון: תשפ״ו־14
בחלק זה –
”בית דין לתעבורה“ – כהגדרתו בחוק הפרות תעבורה מינהליות;
”הודעה על החלטה להטיל קנס“ – כמשמעותה בסעיף 4(א) לחוק הפרות תעבורה מינהליות;
”נקודות“ – נקודות שבעל רישיון חויב בהן לפי תקנה 544.
