568. נהיגה ברכב שאינו רשום בארץ
תיקון: תשכ״ט־4, תשל״ו־3, תשל״ט, תשמ״א, תשמ״ב־6
לא ינהג אדם רכב הרשום בארץ מוצאו ושאינו רשום לפי הפקודה אלא אם פוטר מחובת רישום ורשיון רכב לפי הוראות חלק זה, ואם נתקיימו כל אלה:
(1)ברשותו תעודה לגבי אותו רכב וכן תווית מסים;
(2)בעלו או מי שעל שמו ניתנה תווית המסים או בן זוגו נוהגים ברכב או נמצאים בתוכו, זולת אם הוכח כי קיים צידוק סביר להעדרם או אם הנסיעה היא לשם תיקון הרכב;
(3)נתמלאו הוראות פקודת הביטוח.
