572. פטור לרכב פרטי מחובת רישום ורשיון רכב
תיקון: תשל״ב־4, תשל״ו־5, תשמ״ב־6
רכב פרטי הרשום בארץ מוצאו פטור מחובת רישום ורשיון רכב לפי סעיף 2 לפקודה, תוך שנה מיום כניסתו לישראל, אם הרכב נמצא באופן זמני בארץ ועומד לרשותו של אדם שהוא תושב קבוע בחוץ לארץ. לענין תקנה זו, מי שנעדר מהארץ במשך שנה רצופה לפחות והוא נמצא בארץ באופן זמני ייחשב תושב קבוע בחוץ לארץ.
