573. פטור לאוטובוס ולרכב מסחרי מחובת רישום ורשיון רכב
תיקון: תשל״ז־6, תשמ״ב־6
רכב מסחרי או אוטובוס יהיו פטורים מחובת רישום ורשיון רכב לפי סעיף 2 לפקודה, אם נתקיימו כל אלה:
(1)הרכב נכנס לישראל על פי הסכם בין מדינת ישראל לבין ארץ מוצאו, לגבי הובלת טובין או הסעת נוסעים בין שתי הארצות האמורות;
(2)הרכב נמצא בתחום מדינת ישראל לתקופה שלא תעלה על 60 ימים.
