587ו. סמכויות
תיקון: תשל״ד־2
(א)פקח רשאי לצורך מילוי תפקידיו לאותת לנוהג ברכב מנועי שיעצור את רכבו, והוא רשאי להיכנס לרכב כאמור כדי לבדוק אם נתקיימו ברכב או בנוהג הוראות הפקודה והתקנות לפיה.
(ב)פקח רשאי לצורך מילוי תפקידיו ליתן כל הוראה לנוהג רכב מנועי או לעובר דרך לצורך קיום הוראות הפקודה והתקנות לפיה.
(ג)נוהג רכב מנועי, מי שהשליטה על רכב כאמור בידיו וכל עובר דרך חייבים לציית לאותות או להוראות הניתנים מאת פקח לפי תקנה זו.
