71. הפרעה לתנועה או הסתרת תמרור
תיקון: תש״ל־3
לא יעצור אדם רכב, לא יעמידנו, לא יחנהו ולא ישאירנו עומד באופן –
(1)שיש בו כדי להפריע או לעכב את התנועה;
(2)שהוא מסתיר תמרור או חלק ממנו מעיני עוברי דרך.
