72א. איסור התנעת אוטובוס חונה
תיקון: תש״ס־3
(א)לא יופעל מנוע של אוטובוס בזמן חניה עד להעלאת הנוסעים באוטובוס אלא כדי למלא אוויר במערכת הפנאומטית שלו.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), מותר להפעיל מנוע של אוטובוס בזמן חניה למשך 10 דקות לפני העלאת הנוסעים לאוטובוס, או במקומות שאינם בתוך שטחים בנויים ומאוכלסים ושאינם בקטעי דרך שבתים בנויים לצדם.
