9א. תוית ברכב לנוהג חדש
תיקון: תש״ן־4, תשנ״א־11, תשס״ה־18, תשע״ח־3
(א)לא ינהג נוהג חדש כמשמעותו בסעיף 12א לפקודה ברכב נוסעים פרטי וברכב מסחרי אחוד שמשקלו הכולל המותר עד 3,500 ק״ג אלא אם כן הוצמדה תוית כאמור בתוספת השניה (בתקנה זו – התוית) בחלון האחורי של הרכב בשוליו התחתונים כך שתיראה לנוהג אחריו.
(ב)לא ינהג אדם שאינו נוהג חדש, כאמור, כשהתוית מוצמדת לחלון הרכב.
