3. תוקף החיובים
(א)חיוביו של לקוח לפי חוזה כרטיס חיוב ייכנסו לתקפם עם קבלה לידיו של כרטיס החיוב.
(ב)היה השימוש בכרטיס החיוב כרוך בשימוש בצופן, ייכנסו חיוביו של הלקוח לתוקף לאחר שקיבל גם את הצופן.
(ג)נטל ההוכחה שהלקוח קיבל את כרטיס החיוב ואת הצופן הוא על המנפיק.
