118. עבירה שלא נקבע לה עונש
מי שהפר הוראה מהוראות חוק זה ולא נקבע להפרה עונש, או הפר הוראה בתקנות על פיו כשנאמר בתקנות שההפרה היא עבירה, דינו – מאסר שלושה חדשים או קנס 5,000 לירות.
