מחירה של עסקה של מכירת טובין מיובאים לפני פדייתם מפיקוח רשות המכס, כשהצהרת הייבוא ערוכה על שמו של הקונה, הוא התמורה שהוסכם עליה בניכוי מחיר הטובין לענין המס על ייבואם.
