33. הפרעה בעבודה
תיקון: תשס״ה, תשפ״ב־2
המפריע שלא כדין לספק מורשה או לשלוחיו, בעצמו או על ידי שלוחיו או קבלניו, בהקמתו, בהפעלתו, בקיומו, בשינויו, בבדיקתו או בתיקונו של מיתקן בזק, הנעשים כדין, דינו – קנס, ואם ההפרעה נמשכת קנס נוסף לכל יום שבו היא נמשכת.
