34. צמחיה המפריעה למיתקן בזק
(א)לא יטע אדם צמחים כלשהם ביודעו שהם עלולים לפגוע במיתקן בזק או להפריע לו.
(ב)העובר על הוראות סעיף קטן (א) או מונע מבעל רשיון הפעלת סמכות לפי סעיף 18(א)(5), דינו – קנס.
