תיקון: תשמ״ו־2, תשס״א־2
(א)תקנות לפי פרק זה, טעונות אישור הועדה.
(ב)השר רשאי לדרוש מהמועצה לקבוע כללים בנושא שיגדיר בדרישתו; לא קבעה המועצה כללים כאמור תוך ששים ימים מיום הדרישה, רשאי השר לקבוע כללים במקומה.
