6נד. העברת שידורי רדיו
תיקון: תשנ״ח, תשנ״ט־3
(א)בעל רשיון לשידורי לווין רשאי להתקשר עם מי שמשדר שידורי רדיו המשודרים בישראל בשידורים ארציים שלגביהם לא הורה השר לפי סעיף 6מט(4), לשם הכללת שידורי הרדיו בשידוריו של בעל הרשיון לשידורי לווין.
(ב)בעל רשיון לשידור לוויין רשאי להתקשר עם מי שמשדר שידורי רדיו אזוריים, המשודרים בישראל לפי כל דין, לשם הכללת שידורי הרדיו בשידוריו של בעל הרשיון לשידורי לוויין.
