14. סייגים לעיסוק
שמאי מקרקעין לא יעסוק במקצועו באופן –
(1)שיש בו ניגוד בין ענינו לבין ענין של לקוחו;
(2)שיש בו חשש לפגיעה ביחסי האמון והמהימנות הנדרשים משמאי מקרקעין.
