6. פנקס שמאי המקרקעין
(א)בפנקס שמאי המקרקעין יירשמו כל מי שהתקיימו בהם תנאי הרישום, כאמור בסעיף 7.
(ב)יושב ראש המועצה או מי שהוא מינה מבין חבריה ינהל את פנקס שמאי המקרקעין.
