19. העמדת מסמכי תכנית לדיור לאומי לעיון הציבור
תיקון: תשע״ד, תשע״ה
כל מסמכי תכנית לדיור לאומי שהוועדה החליטה להפקידה וכן חוות דעת היועצים המקצועיים של הוועדה וחוות דעת מתכנן המחוז כאמור בסעיפים 11 ו־12, יהיו פתוחים לעיון הציבור במשרדי הוועדה המחוזית ובמשרדי הוועדה המקומית שבתחום מרחב התכנון שלהן כלול שטחה של התכנית, וכן באתר האינטרנט של משרד הפנים ואם מגיש התכנית הוא גוף המנוי בסעיף 9(א) – גם באתר האינטרנט שלו.
