Section 7 of חוק הליכי תכנון ובנייה להאצת הבנייה למגורים (הוראת שעה), התשע״א–2011, ממלאי תפקידים בוועדה לדיור לאומי.
7. ממלאי תפקידים בוועדה לדיור לאומי
לוועדה לדיור לאומי יהיו –
(1)מזכיר;
(2)יועץ משפטי, אחד או יותר, ויכול שיהיה היועץ המשפטי לוועדה המחוזית;
(3)יועץ תחבורתי, אחד או יותר, שאינו עובד המדינה;
(4)יועץ סביבתי, אחד או יותר, שאינו עובד המדינה;
(5)יועץ שמאי, אחד או יותר, שאינו עובד המדינה;
(6)יועץ כלכלי, אחד או יותר, שאינו עובד המדינה;
(7)יועצים נוספים כפי שיקבע יושב ראש הוועדה.
