8. תפקידי הוועדה לדיור לאומי וסמכויותיה
(א)הוועדה מוסמכת לדון ולהחליט בדבר אישור תכניות לדיור לאומי ובדבר אישור תשריט לצורכי רישום כאמור בסעיף 29.
(ב)הוועדה מוסמכת לדון ולהחליט בנושאים כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) במקום כל מוסד תכנון אחר, למעט המועצה הארצית, הוועדה לשמירה על קרקע חקלאית ושטחים פתוחים והוועדה לשמירת הסביבה החופית.
