20. ועדה רפואית
תיקון: תשפ״ה
(א)לשם בדיקת כשרו הרפואי של מבקש רישום או של עוסק בפסיכולוגיה ימנה המנהל, מינוי כללי או למקרה מסויים, ועדה רפואית של שלושה חברים, והם: שני רופאים מומחים כהגדרתם בפקודת הרופאים [נוסח חדש], התשל״ז–1976, ופסיכולוג מומחה.
(ב)הועדה תגיש את ממצאיה ומסקנותיה המנומקים לועדת הרישום.
