21. בדיקה רפואית למבקש רישום
תיקון: תשפ״ה
היה לועדת הרישום חשש סביר כי למבקש רישום בפנקס יש כושר לקוי, לרבות עקב מחלה, העלול לשלול ממנו, בנסיבות העניין, את היכולת לעסוק בפסיכולוגיה לחלוטין, זמנית או חלקית, או שיש בו כדי לפגוע, בנסיבות העניין, בבריאות אנשים שבטיפולו, רשאית היא לדרוש מהמבקש להתייצב לפני הועדה הרפואית לשם בדיקה.
