29. החלטות ועדות הרישום
תיקון: תשפ״ה
קבעה הועדה הרפואית כי לעוסק בפסיכולוגיה או למבקש רישום יש כושר לקוי כמשמעותו בסעיף 21, שבשלו הוא אינו כשיר לעסוק בפסיכולוגיה, לחלוטין או לשעה, או שבשלו הוא כשיר לעסוק בפסיכולוגיה בהגבלות או בתנאים מסויימים, תסרב ועדת הרישום לרושמו בפנקס או תמחק שמו מהפנקס או תאסור או תגביל עיסוקו, בהתאם להמלצות הועדה הרפואית.
