19. עיון חוזר וערר
על צו לפי סעיף 16(א) ניתן להגיש בקשה לעיון חוזר, וכן ניתן לערור עליו ועל צווים לפי סעיפים 15(ג), 16(ב) ו־17, הכל כאמור בסעיפים 37 עד 39 לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי, בשינויים המחוייבים; הוגשה בקשה לעיון חוזר או הוגש ערר, רשאי בית המשפט לצוות על עיכוב ביצוע הצו.
