20. אסמכתא וחובת ביצוע
(א)צו בית המשפט לאשפוז, לטיפול מרפאתי או לבדיקה פסיכיאטרית, ישמש אסמכתא למשטרה להביא את האדם למקום שהורה עליו הפסיכיאטר המחוזי; נמצא האדם במשמורת בבית סוהר, יובא למקום האמור בידי סוהר.
(ב)קביעתו של פסיכיאטר מחוזי לפי סעיפים 15 ו־16 תחייב את בית החולים או את המרפאה שקבע, לפי הענין, לקבל את החולה לאשפוז, לטיפול מרפאתי או לבדיקה לצורך ביצוע צו בית המשפט.
