32. העברת חולה
(א)אין להעביר חולה מבית חולים אחד למשנהו אלא בהסכמתו ובהסכמתם של המנהלים הנוגעים לענין; באין הסכמה כאמור יכריע בדבר הפסיכיאטר המחוזי של המחוז שבו נמצא בית החולים שאליו מבקשים להעביר את החולה, על החלטתו של הפסיכיאטר המחוזי ניתן לערור בפני הוועדה הפסיכיאטרית באותו מחוז.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א), רשאי ראש שירותי בריאות הנפש, בנסיבות מיוחדות ובהתחשב בצרכי האשפוז, להורות על העברת חולה מבית חולים אחד למשנהו.
