33. החזרת חולה לבית חולים
עזב חולה את בית החולים ללא רשות, לא חזר אליו מחופשה או נעדר ממנו מסיבה אחרת –
(1)אם אושפז לפי צו של בית משפט או אם הוא אסיר, יודיע על כך המנהל למשטרת ישראל, אשר תדאג להחזרתו לבית החולים;
(2)אם אושפז לפי הוראת אשפוז, יודיע על כך המנהל לפסיכיאטר המחוזי; החליט הפסיכיאטר המחוזי על החזרתו לבית החולים, רשאי הוא להשתמש בסמכויות הנתונות לו בסעיף 14.
